If any Client refuses to follow the instructions, or in case of inappropriate behavior that translates into danger for all participants, Truly Amazing Actividades Turisticas Lda. may cancel the tour and other services offered.
In the case of boat trips, Customers must inform before the start of the same, if they do not know how to swim, as well as their ability to board as a passenger on a boat.
All participants must wear a life jacket, especially those who cannot swim, from departure to arrival at the dock.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda. may cancel the scheduled tour/rental, up to one week before.
The Customer can ask to reschedule for another day, according to schedule availability.
In case of giving up the activity, the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
If the Client arrives late for the scheduled tour, Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda. maintains the deadlines, with no obligation to compensate for the delay.
Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda. may propose the rescheduling or refund of the reservation amount, up to 12 hours before the time set for the tour, whenever there are, or if it is anticipated that they may exist, bad weather or sea conditions, that jeopardize the safety of passengers and employees.
In case of damage to the vessel, Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda. will be responsible for arranging an equivalent or superior vessel.
If you are unable to do so, you will refund the reservation amount.
If navigations are prohibited by the competent authorities, Truly Amazing Actividades Turisticas Lda. may reschedule or refund the value of the tour, at the Customer's discretion.
Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda., whenever justified, may update these Terms and Conditions, without the need for prior communication, however, providing information on the changes made.
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese Law and before Portuguese jurisdictions.
