THE TOURS
IS THE TOUR TAKEN WITH OFFICIAL GUIDES?
No. Our employees will be able to give you information general about the tour, highlighting some notes on monuments and history. If you want an official guide, you will have to make this request and it will have an additional cost (upon request).
HOW SHOULD I DRESS/WHAT TO BRING?
We recommend comfortable clothes and sporty shoes. Sunglasses and sunscreen are also recommended.
WHERE IS THE PLACE OF EMBARKATION AND DISEMBARKATION?
The place of departure and arrival is at Praça do Comércio - Pontão dos Cruzeiros, in all Tours.

We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance.

ABOUT RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS
IS IT POSSIBLE FOR TRULY AMAZING TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Truly Amazing is free to propose rescheduling or refunding the value of the boat tour reservation, up to 12 noon, as a result of bad weather conditions, which jeopardize the safety of passengers and employees.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Yes. Truly Amazing Actividades Turísticas Lda. foresees the cancellation of the tour scheduled up to one week before. The customer can ask to reschedule for another day, according to schedule availability; if you do not want to or cannot, the amount of the reservation will be refunded.
RULES ON BOARD
CAN I BRING MY FOOD?
Yes, you can bring food and drink. For safety reasons on board, alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
CAN I DIVE/SWIMM THE RIVER?
No, diving/swimming in the Tagus River is prohibited.
